About The Position

Secure a May 2026 Graduate Nurse position early! Paid Medical-Surgical practicum or preceptorship (clinical hours) during your final semester of nursing school. Opportunity to work in advanced Student Nurse Apprentice and/or LPN, or PCT. Experience will enhance clinical skills, self-confidence, and critical thinking skills. After completion of clinical hours, continue 8 hours per pay period as Nurse Apprentice, LPN, or PCT. Sign-On Bonus Eligible $15,000, GN Tuition Support, Accredited Nurse Residency Program, and all other GN perks! We also have an option for benefits, if interested. Requirements

• Enrolled in the final year of an accredited RN or BSN Program
• No Experience required
• None Supervisor Experience required
• None Required Licenses & Certifications

Responsibilities

• Implements direct patient care under the supervision of the nurse, promoting patient and family centered care in a healing environment.
• Administers or assists patients with ADL, performs VS, l&O, fall and pressure ulcer prevention measures, foley care, phlebotomy, or point of care testing as requested.
• Collects clinical data and information on patients, and reports changes in patient status to the nurse.
• Assists nurse with patient and family education.
• Documents all patient care activities provided.
• Participates in activities that promote safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Participates in professional development and lifelong learning, as well as acting as 1:1 patient safety sitter as necessary.
• Performs Other Responsibilities as Assigned.
