About The Position

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated student minister to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and mentoring our student ministry, fostering spiritual growth, and creating an engaging environment for students to explore their faith. This role involves working closely with a team of volunteers who are committed to our mission and vision. The student minister will have the opportunity to challenge students to deepen their faith and develop their leadership skills.

Requirements

• A strong personal faith and commitment to Jesus Christ
• Experience in youth or student ministry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team of volunteers
• Strong organizational and leadership skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience in developing curriculum for student ministry
• Familiarity with social media and digital communication tools
• A background in theology or ministry education

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor students in their spiritual growth
• Develop and implement engaging programs and activities for students
• Recruit, train, and support volunteers in the student ministry
• Collaborate with other ministry leaders to align student programs with the overall mission
• Provide pastoral care and support to students and their families
• Organize and lead retreats, events, and mission trips for students
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and the church community
