Effective immediately: (PT) Student Life Assistant - Student Life Department, Wilmington University Requirements: A high school diploma is required. Incumbent must have at least one year of experience to successfully perform the job. This individual must be highly motivated and possess excellent interpersonal communication, customer service, and organizational skills and be able to lead and develop relationships with key stakeholders. Must be detail-oriented and able to work with diverse populations. Exceptional customer service skills and knowledge of basic service etiquette. Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must have the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Must demonstrate respect for diversity in the workplace and a commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive work environment that values the contributions of all employees. The incumbent must maintain professionalism and confidentiality in any situation. Hours of Employment: Generally, Monday - Friday, 29 hours per week between the hours of 10:00 am - 6:00 pm or 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm or as needed. The incumbent must be flexible with their hours to meet the needs of the department and the University. Hours and site may vary based on need.
