About The Position
The Atamian Lab is offering a paid research position. This role involves utilizing GROMAX software to elucidate the detailed interactions between the target protein of the monkeypox virus and the ligands previously identified through virtual screening conducted in our lab.

- Ability to take detailed notes
Responsibilities
- collaborate with faculty members to conduct molecular dynamic simulations, aiming to gain detailed insights into target-ligand interactions
- engage in the analysis process by following online tutorials
