Internship Project Focus will be non-clinical working with the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Compliance team on supporting compliance and recruitment projects. The internship will start 6/19/2025 and complete on 8/2/2025. Enrolled undergraduate students that have completed at least a year of their program are eligible to apply.

Requirements

  • Good academic standing in High School aligned with Lehigh Valley Health Network or currently enrolled in a college program.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work in an organized manner, work well with others, with attention to detail.
  • Must have initiative and good problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provides operational support aligned with the function of the student's assigned department.
  • Assist with scheduling, note taking, communications, assessments, analysis, managing programs and meeting project deadlines.
  • Assist in editing, formatting, reproduction, filing of program materials and data, photocopying, scanning, managing calls, data entry, and data management.
  • Assist with patient and family wayfinding, restocking supplies, assisting clinical staff with errands, and other tasks as assigned to facilitate unit operations and allow staff to focus more time on patient care.
  • Provides administrative support consistent with efficient and cost-effective utilization of hospital resources.
