Rogue Credit Union's Internship Program is designed to guide and train college students who are interested in a career in the department's field. Students are mentored by professionals in their field and learn both interpersonal and business-related skills.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of knowledge or experience
• Must be enrolled in an accredited educational institution.
• A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required, in addition to normal courtesy and tact. Outside contacts become important and fostering sound relationships with other entities (companies and/or individuals) may become necessary.
• Some lifting required (up to 30 pounds), continuous sitting, occasional standing and occasional walking. Finger dexterity while using computer. Occasional talking and hearing in person and on the telephone. Continuous clarity of vision at 20 inches or less and continuous clarity of vision at 20 feet or more.
• This position requires flexibility in scheduling tasks and projects. The Intern must independently monitor hours and judge the time needed to be spent on applicable duties. The Intern must be able to proactively adjust to unpredictable schedules. Exposed to potentially hazardous conditions, i.e., robbery.
