About The Position

Novant Health is seeking an Intern for the Pipeline and Recruitment internship program aimed at high school and college students. Requirements

• Students enrolled in high school or college preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and email.
• Strong critical thinking, time management, and presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse backgrounds and all levels of authority.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Flexibility to respond to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-directed and able to work without supervision.
• Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.
