The position involves performing a variety of support services essential to the program's operations. The individual will be responsible for administering questionnaires to program participants and communicating any concerns or updates to the project manager on a weekly basis. The role requires contacting participants by phone to schedule appointments and collect data, contributing to the achievement of established department goals and objectives while adhering to department policies, procedures, quality standards, and safety standards. Compliance with governmental and accreditation regulations is also a key responsibility. The individual will follow study guidelines as outlined in the manual of operations and may perform other duties as assigned. Additionally, the role includes preparing educational packets for program participants, recording data on data forms, reviewing and collecting data from identified participant charts, and entering data into an Excel spreadsheet. Tracking data forms to ensure timely completion is also part of the job.
