The intern will work under the guidance of the Manager on a variety of tasks, projects, and assignments that will teach the basics of the department. The position requires consistent demonstration of superior customer service skills, maintaining a positive attitude, and creating an atmosphere of luck while celebrating guests' wins. The intern will be responsible for greeting guests warmly, anticipating their needs, providing fast and flawless service, checking for satisfaction, and resolving service breakdowns. Additionally, the intern will promote Total Rewards programs and card membership, assist with daily tasks, and handle special projects as requested.
