About The Position
Mount Sinai Health System - Office for Diversity and Inclusion (ODI) Pathway Programs Our Administration and Operations Summer Internship Program provides non-clinical (not patient facing) internship opportunities within hospital and corporate departments to high school, undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students. Our goal is to expose individuals to unique career pathways in healthcare leadership, management, and administrative fields while offering the tools, skills, and knowledge necessary to succeed within the industry. Students are expected to participate in all ODI-sponsored activities, including educational sessions and panels, engagement events, and the Awards & Recognition Ceremony at the end of the summer.
