The Department of Management and Budget is seeking a Student Intern 2. Our objective is to provide current undergraduate students with an opportunity to supplement education with practical experience. This internship is a part-time opportunity and temporary. Interns will contribute to ongoing projects, assist with daily operations, and gain a comprehensive understanding of how dollars and cents on spreadsheets translate to the public services rendered to 1.7 million residents. The Student Intern 2 will work under the direction of department staff. The level of responsibility is commensurate with the student's academic level. Student Intern 2 represents the intermediate working level. Student Interns 2 are currently enrolled in an accredited college, university, or trade/technical school and perform more complex tasks requiring basic analytical skills and greater independence.
