Requirements
- Candidates who are at least 16 years of age with independent transportation to and from our office in Irondale
- Consistent attendance, persistence, and promptness
- Responsibility demonstrated through attentiveness and diligent communication
- Pursuit of a specific trade—such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, or welding—or interest in fields of study including landscape architecture, horticulture, building science, or environmental science
- Physical and mental resilience to work in various conditions, including intense summer weather and diverse work environments such as our bulk yard, loading areas, and active job sites. Candidates must have the stamina and mobility to carry up to 50 pounds.
- Strong social skills and the ability to engage respectfully with crew members, managers, and clients
