About The Position

The Blake School seeks a full-time Student Innovation Coordinator to lead the Middle School makerspace and promote and support the use of instructional technology, creation, and design thinking for both independent projects and classroom collaboration. This position requires collaboration with colleagues to support library programs, technology integration, and technology department initiatives. The Student Innovation Coordinator will offer activities and clubs during the school day centered around design, tinkering, engineering, and applied science. Other duties include the coordination and support of general A/V needs, which involves communicating with organizers, providing training and ensuring equipment is set up and ready for use. Blake is particularly interested in candidates who will enrich the diversity of identity, lived experience and thinking that make a community strong and empower students to engage across differences. This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position beginning in the 2026-27 school year. The expected salary range is $60,000-68,000. Additional duties and responsibilities as needed and assigned.
