The position involves promoting and preserving the mission of LECOM while maintaining confidentiality and a professional demeanor. The candidate will acquire knowledge in the Ellucian Banner user interface, providing help desk support for users across various departments including Admissions, Registration, Financial Aid, Clinical Education, and Accounting. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, creating and maintaining forms in Salesforce, querying data using MSSQL and Oracle, and responding to support requests in a timely manner. The role also includes creating reports, running data quality checks, providing training to new users, and assisting with various departmental needs. The candidate will contribute to student success and participate in community outreach and institutional fundraising activities.
