• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Can-do attitude; willing to work outside your job description
• Proven experience building and leading leasing teams
• Skilled multi-tasker and self-starter with strong time management skills and keep attention to detail and quality
• Able to prioritize multiple projects, meet deadlines and ask for direction when needed
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
