About The Position

The Student Housing Hall Coordinator assists with the operations of an assigned residential community. Supervises and trains Resident Advisors. Serves as the primary point of contact related to student issues or concerns. Provides after-hours on-call and crisis response for assigned area. Promotes a supportive climate for residents to thrive academically and socially. Completes required training and promoting a safe, hospitable, and respectful workplace. Holds staff accountable for completion of required training and expectations. Has personal accountability for financial reporting and responsibility for establishing, enforcing, and following internal processes and controls as outlined in UA policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher and some student residence life experience.
• This position will be required to live on campus.
• Ability to ability to work outside of normal work hours.
• Demonstrated commitment to supporting all students.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree in Higher Education Administration.
• Experience leading, managing, supervising, or advising undergraduate students.
• Experience working in a residence hall.
