About The Position

This position is for a student hourly role at Front Range Community College (FRCC), where applicants do not need to qualify for work-study funds from Financial Aid. The starting rate for new hires is $16.00 per hour, with a maximum of 20 hours per week across all student positions. The selection process involves a preliminary screening based on a completed application package, which includes a submitted application and a copy of the current class schedule. Requirements

• Must be a FRCC student enrolled in at least 6 credits for the current semester.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the Computer Commons.
• Aid users with basic login procedures.
• Reset passwords and unlock accounts.
• Resolve printing issues.
• Accurately record service requests.
• Provide tier 1 and 2 desktop support with a variety of software, including Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint.
• Troubleshoot and solve tier 1 and 2 hardware issues for both admin users and classrooms in a timely fashion.
