About The Position

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a student employee to fill the role of Peer to Peer Support Group Facilitator at our partner organization Friends on Aine in Manchester, NH. Facilitators will lead small peer-to-peer groups and explore topics to learn grief coping strategies. The groups will include grieving children, teens, and adult caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Lead small peer-to-peer groups and explore topics to learn grief coping strategies.
• Listen and reflect with group members.
• Manage craft/art/game activities for group members during group.
• Guide discussions when conflict arises.

Benefits

• Compensation of $12.00 - $15.00 per hour based on skills, qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
