The BYU-Pathway Portuguese Program is seeking a Student Financial Services Support representative. This position is responsible for strengthening, stabilizing, and improving BYU-Pathway Worldwide financial services. Candidates must be fluent in both Portuguese and English and currently reside in Utah or Idaho. The role involves assisting with organization systems, escalations, exceptions, policies, procedures, and participating in decision-making processes. Team members will develop professional relationships with other university officials and employees to ensure collaboration and unified communication.
