About the position
BYU-Pathway Worldwide provides access to affordable higher education wherever the Church is organized, with plans to serve over 70,000 students in 190+ countries in 2025 and significantly more in the coming years. In this role, you will be responsible to strengthen, stabilize, and improve BYU-Pathway Worldwide financial services.
Responsibilities
- Assist with organization systems, escalations, exceptions, policies, and procedures.
- Involved in decision-making processes.
- Develop professional relationships with other university officials and employees for collaboration and unified communication.
- Carry out day-to-day tasks in one or more of the following areas: Payments and Refunds, Scholarship Processing, Adjustments to student accounts, Accounting Assistance, Knowledge Base Creation and Maintenance.
Requirements
- Fluent in speaking and writing Portuguese.
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Willing to physically reside and perform the work in Utah or Idaho.
- Willing to come into the BYU-Pathway Worldwide headquarters in Salt Lake City 1-3 days per week.
