About The Position
This is a summer position, with the possibility of continuing into the academic year. The role involves working the front window of the Enrollment Center for Student Financial Services, assisting students and parents with questions, intaking financial documents, processing payments, and performing opening/closing duties. Additional projects may be assigned as needed. The position also includes answering the phone for Student Financial Services, assisting students and parents with inquiries, returning voicemail messages, and accurately triaging calls to specialists when necessary.
