Requirements

• Successfully completed the first semester of a nursing program
• Must be in good academic standing
• Current Basic Life Support Certification
• Certified Nursing Assistant preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform at the level that has successfully been completed and passed in the clinical section at a local college.
• Provide direct patient care under the general supervision of an RN in accordance with established protocols.
• Function initially in the capacity of a nursing assistant regardless of nursing program clinical level.
• Expand skills as cleared by the Supervisor.
