The position involves performing routine activities across Ancillary Application and Technology Support Teams, including ServiceNow Ticket Review, Test Script and Knowledge Article Review, Process Improvement, and Operational Requirements Gathering.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program as Junior or Senior, or currently enrolled in a Master's degree program, pursuing an IT or related degree

Responsibilities

• Perform routine activities across Ancillary Application and Technology Support Teams
• Review tickets for teams to ensure they are categorized and updated appropriately
• Review test scripts and knowledge articles and recommend changes to improve documentation
• Participate in efforts to optimize workflow processes and provide feedback
• Shadow team members across teams to understand customer requirements and assist documenting processes
• Other duties as assigned
