Ideal candidates will be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program as Junior or Senior, or currently enrolled in a Master's degree program, as well as pursuing an IT or related degree. The position involves performing routine activities across Ancillary Application and Technology Support Teams, including ServiceNow Ticket Review, Test Script and Knowledge Article Review, Process Improvement, and Operational Requirements Gathering.
