About The Position
The Student Experience Associate is integral in providing operational support for the Office of Student Financial Services and resolving questions and concerns for students and parents regarding tuition accounts and financial aid. The Student Experience Associate must provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with other student service departments to ensure seamless and consistent processes.
