About The Position
The UCCU Center at Utah Valley University is seeking skilled and motivated individuals to work part-time as Guest Services Representatives. This position involves greeting guests, taking tickets, and assisting with guest questions and needs. The UCCU Center is an exciting environment to work in where each day and each event present new challenges. Guest Service Ushers contribute to the successful execution of events by ensuring the safety of guests and compliance with campus, state, and industry protocols. Responsibilities include verifying correct tickets, helping patrons locate seats, providing information on events, assisting in parking areas, clearing the arena, and making lasting positive relationships with guests.
