About The Position

Utah Valley University is seeking a teaching assistant to work with the department. This is an amazing opportunity to work one-on-one with Jessica Ballard, our Event Management Professional in Residence. Get real-world, hands-on learning with event management courses and projects. Perform various tasks for the instructor. Tasks may include: Helping with classroom preparation Grading papers Recording grades Assisting with events Typing Filing Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be a current UVU student.
• Must have completed HM4200.
• Good Organizational Skills.
• Good Computer Skills.

Nice To Haves

• Preference for someone who is enrolled in HM4250 or has completed HM4250
