Plans and carries out events such as weekly campus devotionals, area devotionals, commencement ceremonies, groundbreakings, among others. Applies limited analysis and problem-solving in performing job duties.

Requirements

  • 3 Months of General Work Experience

Responsibilities

  • Partner with various departments on campus to plan events.
  • Assist the University Event Manager and University Event Coordinator.
  • Files documents in appropriate folders or performs data entry tasks.
  • Handles emails and other correspondences.
  • Uses office machines such as copiers, scanners, and desktop computers.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
