Requirements

• You have experience providing outstanding customer service.

• You are comfortable using computers (especially spreadsheets) - even if you are not an expert.
• You are meticulously detail-oriented, and are driven to meet deadlines, and have used that skill set to help achieve goals in the past.
• You are able to work effectively with multiple stakeholders, including Ingenuity Prep’s families; you consistently treat others with dignity and respect.
• You are always looking to grow your own expertise and practice, and seek out resources, feedback, and best practices from others.

• Experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the admissions, marketing, canvassing, and student support teams to align recruitment efforts.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract prospective students.
• Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, applications, and enrollments in CRM or student information systems.
• Guide students and families through the application and enrollment process, ensuring clarity on deadlines and requirements.
• Provide administrative support, including the preparation of written materials and management of event logistics.
• Build, maintain, and utilize outreach lists; call prospective families regularly.
• Execute initiatives in the student recruitment plan as assigned.
