About The Position

The Student Engagement Support Specialist promotes, coordinates, and administers co-curricular programs, events, and activities that enhance student involvement outside of the classroom. This role supports recreational, social, cultural, and educational programming; advises and assists student clubs and organizations; and collaborates on campus-wide and college-wide initiatives.
The position serves on-campus and virtual students at the West Hills Center.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Campus Cupboard at West Hills Center, including placing orders, checking inventory, and preparing reports.
• Work with the Student Life and Engagement team on executing events, clubs/organizations, and services at the West Hills Center; including Wild Cat Welcome week orientation, Welcome Week events, Involvement/Resource Fairs, graduation celebration events, and other events as needed.
• Engage the students at the Center into participating in events and activities, including utilizing the Student Life and engagement areas.
