About The Position
As the Student Engagement Program Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to support student retention through the daily administration of the Carson Career Amplifier Program (CCAP), a co-curricular career development program required for all undergraduate business students. Your duties will include technical and problem solving tasks such as generating reports from several different student records systems, entering activity details into the Suitable tracking system, generating QR codes, troubleshooting and resolving issues for students and campus partners, grading students' written submissions, and educating students about Amplifier Program requirements, submission process, and deadlines. Additionally, you will serve as a liaison with academic departments and partners on all campuses, research and compile event information from partners and assign events to appropriate CCAP levels/badges, ensure events are accurately displayed in the Suitable platform, provide event hosts with instructions for students to satisfy Amplifier badge, and assist Carson Center teams with the coordination of Amplifier events and activities.
