The Student Employment Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the administration of the student employment program within the Human Resources department. This role involves preparing monthly reports, updates, and newsletters, and working with campus partners to assist international students in obtaining employment eligibility and work authorizations. The coordinator will collaborate with campus partners to develop and implement initiatives aimed at improving the student employee experience, engaging and retaining student employees, and supporting the expansion of the student employment program. The position also includes identifying feedback opportunities for students, supervisors, and community partners, and utilizing this information to suggest necessary improvements. Additionally, the coordinator will assist with training and professional development for supervisors, coordinate student employment events, and manage student employment operations within the HRIS.
