About The Position

The Student Employment Student Assistant will assist the Student Employment Team in day-to-day operations.

Requirements

• Federal Work Study eligible.
• Familiar with computer software such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable with Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Willingness to learn the hiring processes.
• Able to work as a team member and in an individual setting.

Responsibilities

• Process Student Employment hiring paperwork.
• File hiring paperwork in our electronic filing system, OnBase.
• Assist with Student Employment events, such as the annual Job Fair, Student Employment Appreciation Week, and Resource Fairs as schedule allows.
• Creating and putting together Student Employment flyers and brochures.
• Processing Background Checks.
• Help maintain Social Media Platforms.
• Other duties as assigned.
