This Student Employee, provides various research and support functions within UAMS. Position functions at the discretion of the Dean, Department Chairman, or faculty member. Duties typically include research, collection, preparation, and analysis of data for project proposals, and analysis of collected research data. The student will be working with Dr. Meghan Breckling on her grant project.

Requirements

  • Current enrollment in the UAMS College of Pharmacy or another accredited college program
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with data collection, entry, and organization.
  • Preparing and analyzing research data.
  • Supporting the development of research proposals and grant-related materials.
  • Conducting literature reviews and compiling reference materials.
  • Assisting with preparation of reports, presentations, and project documentation.
  • Providing general project coordination support as needed.
