About The Position

This position requires extensive and outstanding customer service. Student employees assist customers with Registrar's Office related questions, answer phones, return phone calls and emails, complete campus errands, process forms, work special events on campus, and support general office administrative work/projects.

  • Willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Excellent written communication.
  • Must be available to work someevenings.
  • Works well on a team.
  • Must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher
  • Must be willing to work over the summer term
