About The Position

Perform duties of operation, care and cleaning to provide a clean, comfortable, safe, attractive environment to promote the mission of the Campbell County School District: "Teaching Effectively- Learning Successfully."

Requirements

• Must possess a 2.0 GPA or above.
• Good attendance record required.
• Disciplinary record will be reviewed for character reference.
• Reading ability must be adequate to follow directions resulting in making effective work decisions.
• Ability to work independently.
• Must have lower body strength to be able to walk throughout the work shift.

Responsibilities

• Participates in daily work schedule of building cleaning and operation.
• Provides assistance to building staff members on request.
• Washes windows and frames as directed.
• Cleans chalkboards and trays as directed.
• Dust mop or damp mop resilient or tile floors daily.
• Empties waste baskets as directed.
• Dusts dispensers, counters, AV carts, etc., as directed.
• Cleans furniture as directed.
• Picks up trash.
• Cleans lockers as required.
• Puts tabs on desks as directed.
• Vacuums carpets as directed.
