About The Position

WashU's Division of Student Affairs seeks a conduct professional for the position of Student Conduct Coordinator. The Division of Student Affairs advances the educational mission of the university through resources and experiences outside the classroom that prepare our students for lifelong success. The Student Conduct Coordinator will manage and adjudicate student conduct cases while supporting the overall university student conduct process. The position ensures timely and thorough case management—from intake through resolution. In addition, the role supports the university’s compliance with federal regulations, including the Clery Act.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • No specific work experience is required for this position.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Advocate and/or Maxient case management software.
  • Master's degree.
  • Residential Life/Campus Life (1 Year).

Responsibilities

  • Hearing and adjudication of student conduct cases.
  • Maintenance of case management system.
  • Student conduct board hearing coordination and administration.
  • Perform student conduct checks.
  • Student conduct code outreach educator.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
