About The Position

As the Student Communications Campaign Lead, you will support the creation, adaptation, and delivery of student-facing messages across our coaching programs that drive engagement, retention, and persistence in college. You will leverage Beyond 12’s AI tools and repository of content and academic calendars to source, write, and customize proactive outreach and in-app messages for students across several products and for multiple audience segments. In doing so, you will help ensure our content is timely, accessible, and aligned with the real needs and voices of first-generation college students. You are a strong writer with a communications background who is excited to use words and technology to help students thrive. You are comfortable with technology and eager to learn new AI tools, and are familiar with campaign management systems.
