For Fall Semester 2025, the position involves assisting teams and fostering involvement of all associates in lean practices and efforts. Responsibilities include data collection, entry and analysis with improvement plans, leading 5S efforts, performing cycle time studies, identifying and implementing cost and waste reduction activities, and recommending improvements to the manufacturing process.
