The position involves providing professional care to all customers needing services in the radiology department. The role includes maintaining a steady flow to facilitate efficient workflow and assisting radiology technologists during portable exams and fluoroscopy procedures. Clerical duties such as answering the phone and entering information into the computer are also part of the job. Additionally, the position requires facilitating the transfer of patients to and from imaging suites, performing continuous light housekeeping duties, stocking supplies and linen, and assisting technologists and/or radiologists with basic patient care as directed.
