You’ll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, assisting with food service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization. Anticipated start date in May.
Requirements
- Ability to maintain composure and stay productive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand or walk for long hours.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to engage with a team.
- ServSafe Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Ability to work fluctuating AM & PM hours as required.
Responsibilities
- Transport hot and cold boxes of food to ensure efficient service.
- Monitor food quality and quantity, keeping the food line stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
- Ensure that hot and cold food items are maintained at safe temperature levels.
- Remove leftover food from the line at the end of a meal session and properly dispose of waste.
- Clean the food line before, during, and after meal service to maintain a safe and organized environment.
- Prepare for the next meal service, ensuring all necessary items are ready for the next session.
- Restock paper goods, dry foods, and condiments when necessary.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Complete additional duties as assigned to ensure smooth service operations.
