About The Position

Purpose We are seeking a motivated Computer Science student to support process improvement, automation, and AI-enabled workflows. This role is ideal for someone interested in applying technical skills to real-world operational and project management challenges.

Requirements

• UT student in Computer Science or related program
• Experience with scripting, automation, or APIs
• Familiarity with ChatGPT, workflow tools, or low-code platforms
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Student required to be enrolled in at least 6 hours in long semesters.

Responsibilities

• Building and improving workflows and process documentation
• Developing automations and integrations (including ChatGPT custom GPTs)
• Supporting project management and task tracking
• Working with tools such as Smartsheet and related productivity platforms
• Assist with other office-related tasks.
