The purpose of this position is to assist the UT Speech and Hearing Center's front desk. Responsibilities include front desk/reception duties such as assisting with client check-in/check-out, issuing parking permits, and handling payment transactions. The associate will also provide clinical information via phone, email, and in person, and schedule and confirm appointments for audiology and speech clients. Additionally, the role involves general administrative support, including campus errands, photocopying, filing, maintaining clinical supplies, and assisting with special projects.
