About The Position
The 12 Month TAU/Intermittent Student Assistant - Accounts Payable will be directed by the Senior Accounting Officer, Supervisor in the Accounting Department at the Department of State Hospitals - Atascadero (ASH). The incumbent will be responsible for the following duties but not limited to: Process invoices for payment in a timely manner. Auditing and data entry of Employee Meal Tickets. Assist with payroll processing as needed. Process Office Revolving Fund (ORF) checks for distribution. Process incoming mail. Answer phones and assist callers. Maintain mailout and incoming check and cash log. Minimum qualifications will be verified prior to being scheduled for an interview.
