About The Position
The Student Assistant position at The Ohio State University involves assisting CFAES agricultural operations staff with field operations to establish, maintain, and harvest crops research, or greenhouse operations. Other duties may include assisting with livestock husbandry and animal care. The role also includes assisting with grounds and facilities maintenance, fence repairs, and equipment repairs. The student assistant will operate agricultural machinery including mowers and grounds equipment, clean and maintain work areas, and perform other duties as assigned.
