The student assistant position, is responsible for processing system user access requests, handling user name changes, performing third-party system maintenance activities, conducting user audits, managing user terminations in systems, and assisting with small projects as needed. It's essential for the student to be organized and self-regulated, as some tasks come with time constraints and strict service level agreements (SLAs). The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service and strong organizational skills, representing our department and the university with the highest degree of integrity while embodying the OSU mission and shared values. This position offers a flexible schedule of 15-20 hours per week, allowing students to submit their weekly availability to accommodate both school work and business needs. The role involves basic and routine tasks that are clear and direct, supporting third-party, administration and patient care delivery.
