About The Position

Under the supervision of the Manager or Supervisor, this role supports the daily operations of the sponsoring business unit / department by performing a variety of administrative, operational and project-based tasks. This position allows college students to gain hands-on, meaningful work experience in a professional business environment, develop workplace skills and prepare them for future professional roles.

Requirements

• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Portfolio of creative work
• Candidates must reside on Oahu to be considered for this position.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools such as After Effects, Adobe Express, or Premiere is a plus.
• Marketing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Support creative marketing team
• Design creative assets for web, social media, email, and print.
• Brainstorm and contribute original ideas for campaigns or visual storytelling.
• Help develop and execute integrated marketing programs to support various lines of business
• Perform project management duties
• Coordinates various campaign and sales programs to support frontline and digital channels
• Perform other duties as assigned
