About The Position
The Student Assistant Internship in the Enterprise Network Services group at the New York State Office of Information Technology Services offers an opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in the field of IT. Under the direction of an Information Technology Specialist 4, the intern will provide technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity in the NYS ITS voice and data networks, as well as remote locations. This role supports client networking activities and ongoing mission-critical initiatives.
