Requirements
- Evening and weekend availability.
- Customer service skills.
- Microsoft Applications: Word and Excel.
- Zoom knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Assist with weekday and weekend seminars/events - taking attendance, scanning badges, providing refreshments, other miscellaneous tasks.
- Support the Continuing Education Department with various office work, filing, storage room maintenance, and other projects.
- Answering questions via phone calls, walk-ins, and emails. Assist with customer registration.
- Assist with digital marketing and projects via Canva.
