This Student – Admissions Assistant position will assist the members of the Admissions Staff and provide support to the Guest Experience Coordinator at the front desk of the Admissions Office. Admissions Assistants will support admissions counselors through various projects as well as reviewing and charting transcripts for the application file review process, interact with visitors, prospective students and parents, answer and make phone calls in a professional manner, assist with scheduling, checking in, and documenting of appointments for campus visits and interviews, represent the University at events, and enter prospective student data into Ellucian Colleague and Slate.. A commitment for a full academic year is preferred.
