About The Position

The Office of the Dean in the College of Education is seeking Penn State students to fill highly visible part-time positions. The primary focus of these roles will be to facilitate the day-to-day customer support functions of the office.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting visitors in person and on telephone, and directing as appropriate
  • Receiving, opening, sorting, and logging mail
  • Assisting with package shipping and delivery
  • Maintaining supply inventory
  • Coordinating shredding needs
  • Coordinating conference room reservations
  • Making basic informational updates to several pages of the College website
  • Assisting with drafting memos
  • Other duties as assigned
